On Saturday 5th August, Banks’s held their annual Summer Beer Festival, outside Marston’s House.
Over 500 people enjoyed a great afternoon tasting a selection of the 18 beers on the bar, along with other drink selections including glasses of chilled wine, prosecco cocktails and Pimms. Throughout the day over 800 pints were served both on the bar and from our very own Sunbeam push bike, giving customers the chance to pull their own pint!
Throughout the day, there was a bouncy castle, Park Brewery tours, meet the brewer talks, independent gift stands and a homemade ice cream stand. Live music was provided throughout from two local artists, including Dan O’Connor and Joe Wood and we were also joined by Signal 107 presenter Dicky Dodd and the street team.
